Nena Boettcher joined the staff at Ranch House Designs in 2011 as office manager. In 2012, she also began serving as our equine division director where she assists our equine and rodeo industry clients with their projects and advertising. Nena is responsible for managing the RHD accounting, billing, and accounts recievable.
Nena has spent her entire life involved in the agriculture industry.
Growing up in Alpine, Texas, Nena was never far from the livestock arena. Nena’s father was an ag teacher in the area for 36 years. To no surprise, she spent most of her years in the show ring with her lambs, steers and hogs, exhibiting at San Antonio, Houston, El Paso and San Angelo. She spent every summer at her granddad’s 15,000 acre ranch working show lambs. She is also an experienced rodeo enthusiast, and can often be found supporting her brother, Turtle Powell (the 2011 World Champion Team Roper) in his rodeo endeavors.
Today, Nena and her husband Harlan live on a 200 acre ranch in East Bernard, Texas where they raise cattle. Her two sons Mason and Cade have followed in her footsteps by showing lambs, goats, and hogs at all the major shows in the state of Texas. We are extremely excited to have her livestock background and positive nature in the RHD office. |
